Frequently Asked Questions
Why does the website look misaligned?
- This site is created to be best viewed using Microsoft Internet
Explorer 7.0 or better. An odd alignment of page
components or misplaced or missing link bars may occur if you are using other
web browsers such as FireFox. There are currently none known
issues with NetScape users.
I get an error message when I submit an online form.
- This can occur due to two reasons. First, the online form
may have become corrupted and no longer is working. When this
occurs we are usually prompt in detecting and correcting it, but we
would still appreciate you notifying our webmaster at
webmaster@masons189.com
. Second, our site employs the use of cookies with some forms
on our site. Because of this your browser or firewall on your
computer may be blocking the submittal of the form. To
correct, add masons189.com to your trusted sites.
When I try to login to the Masons Login nothing happens?
- Currently the Masons Login area is under
construction and is unavailable. We are in
the process of building a new Masons Login site. When it
becomes available we will send notification through the Scribe and
the log in status notification will switch to
Available
.
Why were my comments removed from the
Guestbook?
- The Guestbook is meant to serve as a way for visitors to our
site to post their name and or comments when visiting our Lodge
website. Of course this is meant to be done in "good taste".
Vulgar, disparaging, and other such comments are not tolerated and
are removed immediately. If the submitted content seems to
violate any laws they as well as the remote user information will be
sent to the appropriate authority. This is covered in our
